This was not always the case, I remember sitting in traffic one day going home from a job I hated, having postnatal depression and I was always moody and exhausted while having a special needs child. I thought to myself, is this it? Is this how we are suppose to live our lives? There must be something better out there! From that day forward I was on a mission to find answers and to learn from everyone who has found the true meaning of peace and fulfillment.
